1. CT

1.1 CT Angio, CTA

CT血管造影 (CTA, CT angiography)包括sCTA (single-phase CTA)和mCTA (multiphase CTA)。

mCTA包括一个动脉期和两个静脉期。和sCTA相比，改进了大血管闭塞的检测效果，具有更高的可靠性，可以更好地评估侧支循环状态。

1.2 CT Perfusion, CTP

CBF (cerebral blood flow)，单位时间内流经一定量脑组织的血液量；
CBV (cerebral blood volume)，一定量脑组织的血液容量；
MTT (mean transit time)，对比剂通过脑组织的路径不同，通过时间也不相同，因此用平均通过时间表示；
TTP (time to peak)，从对比剂开始出现到其浓度达到峰值的时间。
Tmax (time-to-maximum)，反映造影剂从近端大血管动脉循环(动脉输入函数)到脑实质的时间延迟。它是通过反卷积动脉输入函数来计算的。
